Updated 14 September 2026. PlaySG is operated by Jonathan in Singapore. This policy covers the PlaySG website and its Android web-based app. Privacy questions, access or correction requests, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].
Current status, 14 September 2026: the website does not currently run Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics or Meta Pixel, and does not currently set analytics or advertising identifiers. This does not prevent the operational processing described above.
We plan to introduce analytics and campaign measurement to understand how PlaySG is used, improve the service and assess whether promotions bring useful visits. Depending on the tools selected, this may involve page views, interactions, campaign links, device/browser information, approximate region and cookies or similar identifiers. These tools are not enabled by this policy update.
Before introducing tracking, we will update this policy with the services used, information collected, purposes, retention and available controls, and provide any required notices and consent choices. A future change to advertising personalisation or remarketing will be disclosed specifically.
Information is used to operate, secure and improve PlaySG, display submitted website reviews and answer Ask Agnes questions. Service providers supporting these functions include Cloudflare and Agnes AI. Map, font and other resources may load from third-party providers, which receive the technical information needed to deliver them. These providers may process information outside Singapore. PlaySG does not sell personal data.
If you arrive from an advertisement or follow an external link, that platform or destination may measure your activity under its own privacy policy. This is separate from tracking installed on PlaySG.
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Local preferences remain until you clear app/site data. Website reviews and their abuse-prevention hashes remain until removed or the service ends. Reported AI responses are deleted after 90 days. Service providers may retain operational data under their own policies. To request deletion of a review or reported response, email the address above with enough detail to locate it.
You can use the map without granting location access, and can change that permission in your browser or device settings. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in public reviews or questions to Ask Agnes. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent; we will explain the applicable options and any effect on the service.
PlaySG is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use independently. We will update the date and relevant disclosures when our practices change.
